Roman Palisades Estates Project Biological Resources Assessment. 2006. Prepared for the City of Ceres. Dr. Graening performed protocol valley elderberry longhorn beetle surveys and a general biological inventory and impact analysis of a 52-acre parcel adjacent to the Tuolumne River. Dr. Graening assisted the City of Ceres and the developer in project redesign to avoid biological sensitive resources and costly mitigation while enhancing the value of open areas between estate lots.
